Mondays/Fridays
METCON:
Strength focused resistance training paired with functional cross-training conditioning. Build strength & muscle while burning calories & fat through high intensity weightlifting, cardio, and body weight movements!
Tuesdays/Thursdays
LIFT:
Aesthetic & hypertrophy focused resistance training ranging from moderate-high intensity. 
Strengthen, build muscle and shape your body while looking and feeling your best!
Wednesdays/Saturdays
HIIT:
High Intensity Interval Training consisting of cardio machines, body weight & light weight. Burn fat and calories while building a strong capable body through low impact interval style workouts!
