Each week our group classes consist of a high energy, fun & innovative blend of high intensity intervals, strength focused resistance training, functional cross-training and aesthetic focused resistance training. Get in great shape while looking and feeling your best!

ONE/HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training consisting of cardio machines, bodyweight & light weight.

ONE/LIFT: Aesthetic & hypertrophy focused resistance training ranging from moderate-high intensity.

ONE/METCON: Strength focused resistance training paired with functional cross-training conditioning.

ONE/CARDIO: Longer aerobic based conditioning that consists of Cardio Machines and bodyweight.
