Jake Paianini

Jake grew up in Williamsville, New York where he found a love for fitness at a very early age. Even in 4th grade, Jake started creating workout routines for himself. In high school, he ran cross country, track and field, and played basketball. Jake is now studying at Erie Community College and pursuing a degree in Physical Education. Jake found CrossFit in his Freshman year of High School and began training in his garage and basement. Jake received his Level 1 Certification at 17 years old, and began coaching a year later at 18.
