*focus is developing core stability/bracing during extremity movement on the floor press
**moving a bit slower on the KB swings as to focus on the initial hip drive providing the power and NOT overextending the spine or ‘poking’ the head through at the top to reach end range.

After Party:
A1) Standing KB overhead tricep extension 3 x 10-12
A2) Side plank hip drops (10 each side)
