Men: Lift 15,000 pounds (total)
Women: Lift 10,000 pounds (total)
*Any lift counts as long as it is Ground to Overhead.
(Dumbell Snatch, DB Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Clean and Jerk, etc.) You can mix and match the movements however you want to get to the total.
*May have a 1 DB and 1 Barbell. Any way you want to work out the weight or the rep scheme and you can change weights whenever you want. It is ok if you go over the total by a few lbs.
